Yoga Surfing Daytrip - Sunday July 1st
Daytrip Includes:
* Salute the sea & sky with 90-minute morning Yoga on the sand
* 90 minute Surfing lesson with certified professional instructors
* All equipment including rash guards, wetsuits, booties, boards
* Beach Games & Fun with the group
* A healthy lunch
* Long Beach entry fee
* RT transport from NYC to Long Beach
What to wear/bring: Swimsuit that will be comfortable when lying on your stomach on a surfboard, stretchy comfortable clothes for yoga (tank top, shorts, long sleeved shirt), flip flops or sandals, beach towel, yoga mat, beach games, beach chair or umbrella if you have one and want to bring it, sunglasses, sunscreen, sunhat, magazines/books
Departure time: 7:30am
Return to city: 5:00pm
